The U.S. Consulate in Erbil is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Computer Management Assistant. The work schedule for this position is full time, 40 hours per week.

Supervisory Position: No

The incumbent provides technical support to Consulate staff. This includes WAN, LAN, Server, Workstation, application trouble-shooting, and conduct user training when necessary. The incumbent resolves technical problems and issues telephonically via remote diagnostic tools and via on-site intervention.

QUALIFICATIONS and Evaluations
Education : Two years of general university or college studies is required.
Experience : Three (3) years of experience as an IT Technician is required.
Job Knowledge :
Language : English Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing is required.
Kurdish Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing is required.
(Language proficiency may be tested)
Skills and Abilities :
Qualifications : All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications.
